Return Policy

According to GEO 34/2014, the consumer benefits from a 14-calendar-day period to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw.

Regardless of whether you made the purchase as an individual or on behalf of a company (legal entity), you have the right to return any product purchased on the Fashioninspiration.ro website within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

 

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered: unused, without signs of wear, with the label attached, without dents or scratches, no perfume smell, no makeup traces, unwashed, accompanied by all accessories with which it was delivered, in its original packaging plus an additional packaging that ensures good transport conditions, if applicable. Also, when you send the return package, it is mandatory to send it with the "Open Package" option, to allow us to ascertain the integrity and condition of the product.

 

If you do not send the package under these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment, with all that this implies.

 

To return a product, regardless of the reason, you can send us your request by phone or email.

 

Shipping costs for returning products will be borne by you.

 

If the size is chosen incorrectly, you will also bear the costs of return or exchange.

 

The shipping fee for an exchange is 25 RON. The cost for changing the size or exchanging the product for another is entirely the customer's responsibility, except if you received a defective item or a different product/size than ordered, in which case no fee is charged if the exchange is for the same product and size.

 

The package for a money refund will only be sent by COURIER, regardless of the courier company, EXCEPT for Romanian Post.

 

PACKAGES SENT BACK WITH CASH ON DELIVERY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUSED.

 

You will not bear the return costs if:

  • You receive a different product/size than the one ordered.
  • You found that the product received has manufacturing defects.

 

After we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the product or products only by Bank Transfer no later than 14 calendar days.
