Withdrawal from contract or Return request

According to GEO 34/2014, the consumer benefits from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw.

Regardless of whether you made the purchase as an individual or on behalf of a company (legal entity), you benefit from the right of return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, for any product purchased on the Fashioninspiration.ro website.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered: unused, without traces of use, with the label attached, without dents or scratches, perfume smell, makeup traces, not washed, accompanied by all accessories with which it was delivered, in its original packaging plus packaging that ensures transport in good condition, if applicable. Also, when you send the return package, it is mandatory to send it with the "Open package" option, to be able to ascertain the integrity and condition of the product.

If you do not send the package under these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment, with all that this implies.

To return a product, regardless of the reason, you can send us your request by phone or email.

The shipping costs for returning products will be borne by you.

If the size is chosen incorrectly, you will also bear the costs of return or exchange.

The shipping fee for an exchange is 25 Ron; for changing the size or the product with another one, it is entirely the customer's responsibility. This fee is not charged only if you received a defective item or a different product/size than the one ordered, and the exchange is made for the same product and size.

The package for money returns will only be sent by COURIER, regardless of the courier company, EXCEPT for Posta Romana.

PACKAGES SENT BACK WITH REFUND TO THE RECIPIENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUSED.

You will NOT bear the return costs if:

You receive a different product/size in the package than the one ordered.

You have found that the received product has manufacturing defects.

After we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the product or products only by bank transfer no later than 14 calendar days.
